Programme Structure

The programme content is delivered across three primary teaching blocks, which cover content of four modules. These will provide evidence of your learning and development across all elements of the Association of Coaching (AC) Coaching Competency Framework.  Upon successful completion of all the assessment tasks in tandem with attending 6 days of training plus the supervision sessions as outlined, you will meet all the  AC competences as delivered across four modules.

You are then ready to submit your evidence to the AC to achieve individual accreditation as an Accredited Individual Coach (subject to an accreditation fee payable directly to AC). Fee is circa £135 for accreditation for 3 years.

You will evidence completion of your learning logs via a random sample that will be submitted to one of your course facilitators.

Personal coach approach (500 words equivalent delivered via a presentation)

Case study (500 words equivalent discussed in supervision)

Present a 20-minute recording of a live coaching session discussed in supervision

Create a continuous professional development plan for your coaching

Individual coaching hours

To attain individual accreditation status, you are required to conduct 100 coaching hours with your clients. You are responsible for finding your own clients, but support will be given for this. You are required to conduct a minimum of 25 hours using a pure coaching approach.
