Below is a brief overview of the four modules of the coaching training programme
Programme Content
The programme content is delivered across four modules, which provide evidence of your learning and development across all elements of the Association of Coaching (AC) Coaching Competency Framework. Upon successful completion of all the assessment tasks in tandem with attending 6 days of in-person training plus 2 additional supervision sessions as outlined above, you will meet all the AC competences as delivered across four modules.
You are then ready to submit your evidence to the AC to achieve individual accreditation as a foundation coach (subject to an accreditation fee payable directly to AC). Fee is circa £135 for accreditation for 3 years.

You will evidence completion of your learning logs via a random sample that will be submitted to one of your course facilitators.

Individual coaching hours
To attain individual accreditation status, you are required to conduct 50 coaching hours with your clients. You are responsible for finding your own clients, but support will be given for this. You are required to conduct a minimum of 25 hours using a pure coaching approach.
