Coach Training for Therapists
We're delighted to announce that our coach training for qualified counsellors and psychotherapists has launched and we are now working with our first cohort of trainees. Our course is Accredited by the Association for Coaching and is delivered by two of the UK's leading trainers in coaching and therapy: Nicola Forshaw and Professor Andrew Reeves

We've known each other for many years - maybe 20 or more, and have formed a great professional relationship across that time. We not only share professional backgrounds - as psychotherapists and coaches - but also a philosophy about what good, ethical practice looks like.
We believe that, given the right circumstances and support, people can be supported to not only understand and feel more settled with past experiences, including traumatic ones, but can also be enabled to look forward to think about their future and how they might achieve their goals.
Our training is based on the belief that the integration of psychotherapy experience and coaching training can provide an exciting and compelling environment in which people can flourish. Ultimately, insightive is all about that: purposeful insights leading to informed change.
